In this update of 02/10/2023

• All the entered data will be remain saved until next days' report is prepared.
• All the Data can be restored from the MMU PDF generated after 02/10/2023
• on demand, the article detail of undelivered articles has been modified to only enter the articles bearing the mobile number of customer as per MMU SOP
• Options for unmanned beats or unregistered PMA beats have been added with option to select the reason. However you can enter specific reasons too!
• Option for entering custom message / communication to Divisional MMU team has been added as demanded on email by the users.

This option is useful for :

• employee going on deputation
• preparing report and sending it for sign
• for correction in entered data
• this option provides you with prefilled data and you can use it to prepare a fresh report or make corrections and regenerate report

How to use :

• employee going on deputation : find the latest MMU PDF of the office and restore it using the option and prepare report with prefilled data like beats and BO details. No need to enter the static data again!
• for sign or correction: browse the report to sign and restore it using the option, select the date of the report restored and click next or make corrections if necessary and lastly sign the report and share it with divisional MMU team.

Now it is mobile friendly and static part of report like name of office, number of beats etc remain saved for the next day.
Report can be signed in mobile and shared as PDF. Paperless work saves trees!
The report generated using this site can be utilised by Division MMU Team to analyse the data.
